If you're late with your payment:
Dakota Valley Electric appreciates your efforts in keeping your account current. A late payment fee is applied to all unpaid balances after the due date. Should an adverse event prevent you from keeping your account current, please give us a call at 800-342-4671.
Levelized budget billing evens out the highs and lows of your electric bill. When you are enrolled in levelized budget billing, a computer calculates your budget amount each month and rounds the dollar amount up to the next $5.00 increment.

When you sign up for Pay by Bank (by filling out this form), you will receive your electric bill as usual. Then, on the due date, we will automatically deduct payment from your account.

You authorize regularly-scheduled payments from your checking account. Then, just sit back and relax. Your payments will be made automatically on the due date. Proof of payment will appear with your bank statement.

SmartHub - Log into your account via SmartHub
SmartHub allows you to view all your account information as well as make a payment on your account via e-check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover and set up recurring payments. First time customers must set up a user name and password.

The SmartHub App allows members to make payments from a smartphone or mobile device. Members may also view account information like usage, outage information and more.
